Most of our home decor and smaller furniture pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Larger items requiring freight delivery typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Cozmo furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture returns.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Cozmo, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure no harmful chemicals enter your home.
Do you provide white-glove assembly services?
Yes, for a flat fee we offer white-glove delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Cozmo account to view real-time updates on your delivery.
